bit weird
up Wells next the Sea with fenton who takes a tom tit so I bag it up and plonk it in the dog s**t bin when I notice a plastic card shoved in the top of the wooden post the bin is fixed to.
it's an unsigned barclays contactless business visa debit card with the woman's name on. I rung the number on the back and they put a stop on it but why would anyone think, "I know what I'll do with this, I'll shove it in the dogs**t bin post in case she comes by this way again"?
