So what do we need to do to become a top 6 team?

We are solid when playing 5 at the back and 2 holders but we offer very little threat going forward unless we start to commit players more.
Can we all agree that playing "through" sides rather than getting it wide just does not work at this level.
Even with some of the better forward players in this League (maddison, nelson and Murphy)

Is there an argument for a home and away style set up?

I'm going to say something controversial so hold on to your hats.......... Lewis is an excellent LB who fits into a back 4 perfectly but I don't think either he or Pinto are the right types of players for this set up.
We need actual wingers/FB. Ones who can get to the byline and cross. Ones who can cause havoc leaving more space for the front 3.
