All rather unclear.

Not coming till the summer suggests no fee paid for him, picking him up on a free. But the report suggests a fee has been paid. Which then makes no sense. Why pay a fee at all if he’s not coming till he’s out of contract?

Hopefully all clarified tomorrow.
