Not disputing Larrald's stat though, or that there is huge inequality.

I waste a lot of my income on real estate (i.e. my house) simply because house prices are massively overinflated. That's not real wealth because I could never realise it in a useful way.

I think wealth should really be measured by how much dosh you have once your cost of living is taken care of.
