Wrath Advice needed. Travel insurance for over 80's

Anyone know of any reasonably priced companies?

My neighbours asked me to get them some prices. Their grandson very kindly gave them £1500 for Christmas to pay for them to visit 'back home' in Jamaica. One is 80 and the other is 75. You'd probably think this would be their final chance.

Best price I could find was thirteen hundred quid! I couldn't believe it. Effectively means they wouldn't be able to go.

Comparison sites don't seem to want people that age and SAGA and Age Concern were £1500 & £1300.
