Yeah it's a difficult location isn't it? While you'd think it was perfectly located, I
find myself either going to the GT pubs (e.g. the crawl in December, or a visit to the Belle Vue / Fat Cat / Black Horse), or going into the city. Was aware the Reindeer was open but never went basically because it is kind of in no mans land.
Back in the late 80s / early 90s before it closed we would make the effort to go there as a bit of a treat, as the selection of ales and the min brewery were not as common as they are elsewhere now.
