And be competitive.

I guess baked into any model that calls itself “self sufficient” is selling on youth players or buying overseas gems we can flog for more.

I suppose if that’s right, selling players like Maddison and Pritchard and buying cheap replacements is all part of that. Disheartening, but so long as we continue to unearth some gems, it’s not all doom and gloom.
