It's very close to lots of things you will need. There's a good pre-school nursery, you could walk the kids to the primary school just up the road. It's also just around the corner from a railway station where you can get direct trains into Norwich, Gt Yarmouth, Lowestoft. There's a local GP practice, 2 takeaways, 2 modern Co-op stores, 2 pubs, and it's right on the broads with lots of boats and walks.
