I saw an article recently saying if he played in that game we would only be able to loan

him to his previous club, something about the number of clubs you can play for, see fit a regs on players article 5. He can only play for two clubs in a season, though can be registered at a third. If they want him to do half a season in League 1, say, he can't play in the cup for us.
