Scooter or motorcycle?

Planning on doing your test in due course?

A Honda CBR / CBF 125 is the obvious choice. If you're planning to do your test in short order. You could pick one of these up cheaply and flog it for more or less what you pay for it when you pass your test and get a bigger bike.

Either way, get something cheap because either you'll drop it or otherwise scratch it and what have you, or you'll get bored and want something faster anyway, or both.
