Take out loans against the stadium?
Is what you actually mean, lend money to the club with the stadium as security?
I’m not sure they really have the cash to make a significant sum doing that. Interest rates at the moment would generate about 1% or so. If they lent £10m (which I’m sure they do not have) that would yield a paltry £100k a year.
Also, I would have thought that the banks we borrow from have got first dibs on most of our assets anyway.
