Investors invest to make money for themselves.......... ......
They would secure loans against the stadium so that even if their gamble fails then they can take contol of the stadium and rent it back to the club.
Like I say, Delia & Co could take out loans against the stadium - that's what an "investor" would do.
Would fans support that?
