get you better results. sticking with a failing one has never led to an improvement again. name one, i defy you. as for "we can't replace nigel, it's the players' fault" didnt NW sort out a stale bunch of demotivated lumps when he took charge? with that rationale we'd still have Brian Hamilton in charge.
