An argument from an ardent KTF'er.......

A colleague of mine who is an ardent KTF'er argument for not replacing NW is this (he thinks NW should be given till Xmas to turn things around).

Changing the manager doesn't work, look at Newcastle.

It is the players fault we are performing so poorly. What difference will bringing a new manager make? it will be the same group of players roughly, you might get a couple of wins initially but it is the same players so they will go back to performing as they are under NW.

If you bring a new manager in he will have to rebuild the team with the players that he wants it all takes time and money and doesn't guarantee results.

What happens if a new manager doesn't get good results, people will want him out as well.

Nigel is doing exactly the same things now with the current team that he did with the promotion winning team, why shouldn't it start to work? and if those tactics, coaching etc made a team win the league 2 years ago then what difference willl a new manager make.

People are judging NW on his previous success, it is because of NW that we got promoted, got to the Premiership, have bigger crowds, people seem to forget this.

Dissect that lot then.

Oh, by the way Mick Dennis (Daily Express) was apparently on radio Norfolk the other night on the Scrimmage vehemently defending NW.
