Looks better

Trouble is, you have Halford covering half the team which would be a problem. Also Spillane is more of a centre back so probably swap him and Jarvis.
Definately a good start and a nice young team but we need a much bigger squad to compete for automatic promotion (not the play offs as now seems to be the acceptable standard at little old Norwich).
