So, based on what's been agreed so far , are we staying in the single market?

I'm finding it all a bit difficult to follow to be honest, however I thought that leaving the single market (because the movement of people is part of that) was one of the main reasons for the Leave vote - if we stay in the single market though then presumably the deal neither works for Leavers or Remainers?
