I have some sympathy for Smith (D), as I think they've actually done all the right things this season (on paper) given the financial position the club is in.

The problem is that, as that great footballing expert Mike Tyson once said, no plan survives the first punch to the face.

Now usually when the plan goes off track you throw money at the problem or change up the project manager, but I dont suppose we can afford to do either at the moment.

Bugger.
