I remember a guy who was on riverside, late one night at this time.

He'd had a fair few sherbets and was walking back from Lloyd's with his mate towards the bridge near the ferryboat. He was singing 'Sign the contract Phil Mulryne!' at the top of his lungs at 1am. He knew Mulryne lived in one of those apartments there and he stopped outside one and continued to sing for a few minutes. Then he was picking up small pebbles and trying to throw them up at the top window to try and attract attention. Eventually someone pokes their head out the window and shouted 'He doesn't live here, it's that one over there!' And proceeded to point towards the place opposite where Mulryne lived.
