All these 'first time memory' posts have got me thinking of a 'last time' event I wish I

could remember. When was the last time I visited my family home? It was the place where I grew up and where I still visited regularly while my mum lived there. But then she moved on and I have no memory of leaving it for the last time. One day I just walked out of the door and I've never been back!

I wish I'd made more of a thing of the last cup of tea we had in the kitchen or the last time I slept in the bedroom I slept in as a child.

I feel I need a sense of closure!
