Sorry, I didn't make that very clear
I'm not saying the model is wrong, or that we need to change that approach, In fact, I think it's pretty admirable in this day and age.

I was merely stating the situation as I see at present. I'm sure all concerned are doing their best to maximise the team's chances of success, but I think it's a massive task at the end of the day in all honesty.
