especially with the number of refs in decline. And little surprise, considering those that do still turn out get mocked and jeered for tearing their groin muscle.
Also, what was to stop the players doing some warm ups in that ten minute break? Like the replacement linesman was doing. They didn't have to stand around by the side looked angry.
