Look at the managers at the top end of the Championship - Warnock, Rowett, Bruce. They know the league really well, know the type of players to get you top end.
At the same time as we've cut the budgets we've also appointed a guy with no Champ experience. So he's not solely to blame, the board deserve most of it with their usual poor decision making
