Basic managerial skills are the same unless you're trying to tell me they play a different sport over there.
Lets just be honest - if he cant cut it here it's because he cant cut it, not because he is some inexperienced manager learning his craft (like Gunn, Adams and Neil at least were)
Remains to be seen as to whether he 'can' cut it or not, as I'm not sure 3-4 months is at all long enough to make that judgment.
