you have the likes of Winks and Alli bossing Modric and Kroos in midfield. Or Loftus-Cheek looking great against Germany.
Maddison is well behind them in terms of influencing games at the highest level i think. For all his effort and involvement he's not even creating chances regularly in the Championship.
