I did Animal Farm at GCSE (no not that one Tudders)...

I was going to buy 1984 for a girlfreind once. As she was into Big Brother but had never heard of Orwell or 1984 (and she was a teacher FFS). But i then thought, what's the f**king point? And bought her a Sophie Kinsella 'novel' instead.
