Maybe it was to start the season, and Oli being off and on didn't help, but even with a completely fit squad we still need a lot more work. Pritchard might conceivably help but most likely it will be Wes relegated toward retirement and Pritch or Morrison replacing Wes in the role he has now.

Tettey will help but that's also a concern given that the last two seasons the crowd have been convinced he was past it.

We need to finally offload guys like Naismith and Jarvis, sell CamJam (in the summer, not this year!), and sad but true probably let Wes have a free in order to free up wage space, then sell one or two of Morrison, Pritchard and Olivieira to generate funds to go out and further rebuild using lower league talent a la Lambert (including lower league German talent in that).

We'll need a new keeper too unfortunately. Would be wonderful to have Angus back full time but I would imagine that we won't even retain him on loan next year. We might have had a chance if we were in the Prem but that's not gonna happen.

Tettey is getting older, and Reed is only on loan so we need more depth there anyway.
