Match day parking around Norwich

Usually park around Martineau Lane and Long John Hill area. All now made residential permit parking. Anyone know where else to park around the A146/ring road junction? Had to cough up £8 for County Hall yesterday. It's like they really don't want folk coming to the city to watch a match.
