Hypothetically right, if you had scaffold up outside your house...
...and you do not know which company owns the scaffold, but the person who does, say, is the builder you're about to sack and won't say, who's on a fixed rate including covering scaffold charges supposedly, what if he doesn't arrange to get it taken down, then what?..
Is our 'mate' allowed to get someone else to dismantle it and take it down? We're not sure what our 'mate' should do...
