I dug out some old t-shirts the other day.

Why in the 80s / early 90s did we* wear such huge t-shirts? I was the same size then as I am now (I can still wear my first work suit from Next in 1990, thanks fans) and they’re like f**king tents. “Man in an awning” style. Just why? My Sound City 1992 is vast.
