I'm not going to get too despondant at this stage.

This was always going to be a work in progress season. 10th place will be par. Anything above, success. People need to take a reality check. We have turned over so many players this season. This is the first time many of the squad have played at this level. If we can hang on to the cream of this squad and hopefully add a couple more quality players we will be up there next season.
