On an already hellishly busy system of roads around Meadowhall and the Sheffield Arena, they've decided to raise up from the guts of hell a bloody IKEA, and not provide any extra road capacity. Without wanting too much to parody a North Midlands version of some f**king Tunbridge Wells Letter Writer venting about town planners, what the copper-bottomed f**k were they thinking?
