have to agree I think

One player that was banished was Charlton, and I'll never understand the decision not to play him at Bolton. He'll have been so desperate to play against the club he was popular at

Yet sky put the camara on him and a he looked gutted to be watching

But just like Holt, Flem can't be dropped and that risk is a no no straight away

As much as they aren't as popular, so many options could have been exercised this year ie Mullers and Safri, Francis and Mullers, Helveg and Mullers was tried (through necessity over the option, but worked)

Doherty and Shackell
Charlton and Shackell
Doherty and Charlton (might have been used this season can't remember)

Though instead the safe old 0 points side was trundled out followed by the "lads did well, commitment, can't fault them....."

Things like the above will gut me for a long time. We had so much bastard more to give in this league but haven't and have clung to lucky strands of results from other teams, as well as freak points we didn't deserve (boro and brom) and are clinging to some hope going into the last two games
