It's probably the same one that runs down Blackfriars Bridge Road
and I don't think anyone really has any idea as to what happens where. i hate crossing as a pedestrian - it's all very counterintuitive. And that's before you add in the extra complexity you get with somewhere like Ludgate Circus. Boris has a lot to answer for.
