Its a ridiculous junction and they appear to have made it worse with recent improvements

They've put in a segregated two way cycle highway but that in itself is lethal because pedestrians (who are looking for cars coming) don;t notice it and tend to just step out into it whilst the cyclists go down it at ridiculous speeds because they are not mixing with the cars.

Cars and vehicles now turn directly across this cycle highway.

There are too many people using the crossing and no barriers so people just wonder out into the road anywhere and vehicles come through the lights only to have to stop 50 yards later at the pedestrian crossing just around the corner which comes as a major surprise to them.

Just all seems lethal to me.
