Anybody else see Maddison as a bit of a frustrating customer?

obviously he’s young and super talented (and he’ll become more consistent with age) but he seems to throw himself on the floor completely unnecessarily. Which I hate.

The attempt at conning the ref into giving him a pen in the second half was embarrassing. Avoided the ball on purpose to throw himself into the opposition player.

If he just stayed on his feet he’d probably be able to beat most players anyway rather than dive about.

Incredibly talented young man but he’s frustrated me in most of the home games so far with his antics.
