No idea what's going on

But there isn't really a single person at the academy who can argue they've been badly done to based on the evidence.

The academy exists to generate first team players for us or to be sold for profit (or both). Other than the Murphs the recent record of producing players has been dreadful. All the money we've spent on the academy might as well have been chucked in the Wensum. Harsh to say, but these are the facts aren't they?
