Why should non road users.....
Have to breath in the pollution comming out of the back of these 4 wheel motors that are clogging up the towns and citites roads,mnore often than not on short journeys.
Just as people don't have to smoke,quite true,people don't have to use their massive motors to drive stupidly short distances.
