I went last night to the Carrow Road one and thought similar.

Left at about 8. Was barely half full, everything was massively overpriced, got nothing for your ticket price of £16 odd and none of the staff seemed to know what they were doing. On top of that it's pretty open and therefore pretty cold. The Chapelfield one in the summer was a lot better I think.
