when I watch my son play U 11 footy, it seems to me that everyone, coaches included, is obsessed with a sort of play station version of attacking football - nobody seems to worry much about tackling, and nobody seems to worry much about making simple good passes. You end up (at best) with lots of Josh-like players - full of tricksy wicksy cleverness, but also possibly pretty crap
