i'd fix that up for two million greenbacks* (25% up front balance on completion)

probably not put my ladders in the hold though just buy a set from home depot when i get there and ditto grout. take about a fortnight for the whole job if you can pass this on to NASA and get them to PM me on here I can't do it until November though but they could be back on the road for the Christmas season (other religious festivals are available).

*Plus expenses, I'm not a f**king charity tell them
