I think the opposite about Farke

slightly concerned when we appointed him, due to his lack of track record and the poor start. But his wilingness to adapt and change quickly is very encouraging. Sorting the defence out so quickly really suggests he understands the problems and that he can communicate new ideas well to the players.

Of course he's making mistakes - it's been a huge step up for him, moving to a team where results actually matter and where you have to be more pragmatic at times. But the signs are he is making the transition pretty quickly and is not just a one trick pony.
