I would really like us (a) to install safe standing if it's legal and (b) to trial

a designated singing area.

I went to Real Madrid last year and they have a whole section in the centre of an upper tier with a band, a conductor (who stood with his back to the game balanced on the balcony, how he didn't fall off is beyond me) and a guy organising crowd moves - they'd all shuffle left, shuffle right etc - like an old skool red coat. Everyone in that section sang pretty much non-stop.

We don't go to that extreme but seriously - designate a bit of the Barclay as an "official singing area", give people discounted season tickets on the basis that they promise to stand and sing a lot, get organised, get a drum and a trumpet, and MAKE SOME NOISE.
