whether he's in the wrong or not no idea. I also agree with whoever it was who said yesterday that despite it being referred to as a sacking, he will have been paid off as (although i'm not an employment lawyer) I simply don't see how they can legitimately sack him for the Bristol stuff having investigated and cleared him!
