Loved it

Natives were very friendly, wasn't the cheapest place in the world, but the pound tanked last Xmas which didn't help. A little Spanish helps, although lots of yanks go there once out of the hotel, English was not widely spoken. When we went up to Bocas, everyone spoke English!! Might be cos that's Caribbean side. Went on a kayaking trip on the canal, which was worth doing. We got an appartment quite central which was great, could walk easily to bars and restaurants. Oh and there is an Irish bar with a Framed Wesley shirt
