if you select a stronger central defence and central midfield then you could select the most creative players in the final third. Everyone can then play to their strengths.

Norwich mangers have the weird idea of either selecting a defensive team (that fails to create many chances) or a very attacking team (that leaves the team wide-open to the opposition).

What they should be selecting is the strongest at winning the ball in central midfield and central defence, and the best at creating chances and scoring in the final third.
