Its free on the pavement in Trowse just in front of the old May Gurney offices
Nobody bats an eye as long as you park up tight to the building and don't obstruct the pavement, get there early though. Whitlingham land is also free but again early is key. Don't park on the grass verges though as sometimes the council send the parking trolls along and they will slap one on yer windy. Nick out through Trowse up to Caister if you are headed for the A140/A47 as county hall roundybout is a total clusterf**k post game. Well anytime really.
