I honestly think he will start the season here

But will only be given 10-12 games to get it right, especially after the money he's spent.

If he gets it wrong, of course, it's potentially another season wasted (but surely recoverable after 10-12 games). that's where we get to the point about changing now may be better for next season.

For him to go before the end of the season we'd have to lose 5 of the next 6. which, on tonight's showing, is very possible.
