Why stick with him?

If we get rid now it gives the board extra time to find his replacement and gives the new manager more time to prepare for next season.

If we wait until the summer then the new manager won?t have much time to get to know the players and will find it harder to prepare for the new season.

Getting rid of Worthington now gives us the best possible chance to be ready for the start of next season.

There is nothing left to play for this year so sticking with the current management team until the end of the year is pointless.
