Yes, not a heavy user though.
Anything with my name and address or any other personal details gets shredded. It tends to build up so often involves a good half hour of shredding.
I can't remember what makes they are but I've had a couple. The first in was a descent make but jamming and over heating was a problem. The one I've got now is a cheaper make and hasn't been much problem.
Some will say that you can feed uptown 8 sheets of A4 in one go. These are optimistic claims and usually result in jamming and overheating.
If you have vast amounts of shredding then I would go for one of those companies like Shred Station
