there is a clear disconnect (once again) between what the club is doing and what the supporters want the club to be doing.

club seems to be operating to a medium term plan that involves rebuilding from scratch with players that need to be improved and will create value over time that way (which given our general situation is not a bad plan).

supporters still largely expecting immediate results.
